INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIOR WILL NOT BE TOLERATED and noise must be kept to a minimum after 10pm. If misbehavior or a complaint continues, then you will be asked to leave the motel with NO REFUND. Any friends or relatives who are NOT registered to stay, must leave the premises by 10pm.
The Moe Motor Inn reserves the right to ask you to leave the premises due to inappropriate behaviour. Failure to do so in a polite manner may result in police intervention and your details placed on an a National Database.
We have 18 Security Cameras Operating 24/7 throughout the motel, offering peace of mind for all persons/vehicles.
PLEASE NOTE: our reception area is monitored with both AUDIO/CCTV Surveillance.
HOTEL MANAGEMENT IS NOT RESPONSIBLE for personal belongings and valuables, including, but not limited to, money, jewellery or any other personal items left in the room.
I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I AM RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL CHARGES, LOSS and/or DAMAGE to The Moe Motor Inn caused by myself, my friends, or persons in my company.
NO SMOKING POLICY: All rooms are NON-SMOKING, and guests will be held liable to cover costs of smoke damage, smell, as well as the loss of revenue for the period of time the room is out of order.
NO PETS are allowed in rooms at any time, and guests will be held liable to cover costs of pet damage, smell, as well as the loss of revenue for the period of time the room is out of order.
CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS: The Moe Motor Inn honors Visa, Mastercard & American Express.
A major credit card is required at check in.
For debit card/cash payments, $100 deposit is required for any incidentals that may occur.
Otherwise, the deposit will be refunded back to you upon departure, following an inspection of the room.
If you have booked through a 3rd Party, such as Booking.com, Expedia etc, all information is provided to you at the time of your booking, however, it may be under fine print. This is beyond The Moe Motor Inn's control.
PLEASE NOTE a message has been sent to your mobile that contains an AFTER-HOURS EMERGENCY phone number
and information on what to do with room keys if leaving outside reception hours.
At check-in, a text message will be sent to your mobile number, which contains an AFTER-HOURS number along with information regarding key returns outside reception hours.
